RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We want you to love our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or refund . Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
You must email us within 5 days of receipt of the product for return/ refund instructions.
If you wish to return an item you have purchased from us please ensure you retain proof of postage when the item has been posted.
We will only refund the cost of the item purchased, this does not include cost of postage.
All standard shipping will be sent via Royal Mail this can not be tracked. If you wish to track and sign for your items please select the appropriate shipping method from the drop down box during check out.
Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a dispactch email.
PAYMENTS.
Paypal and major cards are accepted.
Even though we accept payment through paypal, customers without a paypal account
can pay with their cards without first registering with paypal. Please follow check out instrutions.
If you wish to pay by other means like direct debit please select other payment option.
